Responsibilities

• Explore sales process improvements
• Engineer structured data capture for Salesforce dashboards and reports
• Help teams leverage Salesforce as a central hub for sales activities
• Analyze how teams use the platform and identify improvement opportunities
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs related to Salesforce usage and effectiveness
• Support creation of training materials to enhance Salesforce proficiency
