Job summary

DocuSign in Sydney is seeking a Sales Development Representative responsible for qualifying inbound leads through targeted questions to customers, with the goal of turning opportunities over to Account Executives. You will receive hands-on training with an emphasis on strategic selling and a focus on researching targeted accounts, in a rapidly growing SaaS company.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or relevant tertiary qualification.
• 1+ years of Sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills, strong drive, resilience and humility.
• Inquisitive nature, ability to gather information and formulate an action plan to connect business needs to solutions.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, take initiative and manage time optimally.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound leads and discern propensity to buy and forward good potential leads to the Sales Account Executives to pursue.
• Share information about Docusign and ask questions about the prospect's business intentions.
• Schedule appointments between prospects and Account Executives
• Record prospect information in CRM database
