Factor in Sydney is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team, focusing on outbound prospecting and building a strong initial pipeline in B2B tech environments. You will identify target accounts, reach out via phone, email and LinkedIn, and qualify opportunities to set up meetings for the sales team.

Hybrid work from our Sydney office is available, with clear progression into a full sales role.

Qualifications

• Attitude and potential over years of experience.
• Confident speaking to people, comfortable working toward targets and willing to learn.
• Previous experience in sales, recruitment, hospitality, retail or another customer-facing role would be useful, but isn't essential.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and researching prospective clients and target accounts.
• Reaching out to prospects through phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Speaking with senior decision-makers across technology and business.
• Qualifying opportunities and setting up meetings for the sales team.
• Building and managing your own pipeline.
• Working alongside the wider sales team on active accounts and opportunities.
• Learning how to sell across our events, research, advisory and technology offerings.
