FleetPartners is seeking a Reward & Workforce Analytics Manager to join our People & Culture team on an initial 6-month contract in Sydney. You will blend remuneration expertise with workforce analytics, delivering insights to leaders and the Board and driving the annual remuneration review cycle.

Key responsibilities include market benchmarking, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations for workforce planning, alongside embedding job architecture and governance processes across the business.

Formación

• Proven track record delivering remuneration projects in an ASX organisation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate concise insights from data, with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Understanding of equity and employee share schemes and governance considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to annual remuneration review processes, including salary recommendations and market benchmarking.
• Develop and enhance workforce analytics, reporting and dashboards to drive insights.
• Partner with People & Culture, Finance and leaders to provide data-driven recommendations for workforce planning.
• Support governance and reporting activities including WGEA submissions and remuneration-related compliance.
• Drive implementation of FleetPartners’ job architecture and remuneration frameworks.
