Job summary

Veolia Environmental Services in Sydney is seeking a Rewards & Analytics Manager to lead compensation, benefits and people analytics in a complex multinational setting. You will align Australian reward practices with Group policies while meeting local legal and business needs, driving fair and competitive reward governance and data-driven decision making.

You will manage a team of 3, oversee salary grading, benchmarking, annual reviews and benefits programs, and partner with HRIS to ensure data

Qualifications

Must be tertiary qualified in HR, Business, Psychology or related area.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of SuccessFactors modules.
Minimum of 5 years experience across compensation and benefits.
Strong cross-cultural communication with Australia and France stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Deliver and support annual compensation review and variable pay processes, strategy and systems.
Provide guidance on job grading, salary benchmarking and analytics services.
Manage benefits programs including superannuation, share plans, insurances, wellbeing initiatives.
Lead data analytics and timely HR reporting for proactive decision making.
Collaborate with HRIS team to ensure data governance and integrity in SuccessFactors.
Investigate gender pay gaps and drive action across the business.
Coordinate company-wide roll-out of compensation and benefits initiatives.
