Job summary

Veolia Australia & New Zealand is recruiting a Rewards & Analytics Manager to lead a small team in Pyrmont, Sydney. You will manage compensation, benefits, and people analytics, aligning Australian practices with Group policies while meeting local requirements.

The role partners with HR stakeholders and the France head office to ensure governance, data integrity, and insightful reporting across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Must be tertiary qualified in HR, Business, Psychology or related area.
• Extensive knowledge of SuccessFactors modules.
• Minimum 5 years experience across compensation and benefits.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead the Rewards & Analytics team of 3 people.
• Provide guidance on annual compensation review, salary benchmarking and variable pay processes.
• Manage benefits programs including superannuation, share plans, novated leases, insurances and wellbeing initiatives.
• Ensure timely completion of people reporting and provide analytics for decision making.
• Partner with HRIS team to maintain data governance and integrity in HRIS (SuccessFactors).
• Investigate gender pay gaps post-WGEA reporting and address trends with HRBP team.
• Coordinate company-wide roll-out of compensation and benefits initiatives.
