You will partner with senior leaders across People & Culture and Finance to deliver workforce intelligence on planning, retention, recruitment, diversity and remuneration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in people analytics, HR reporting or workforce analytics.
• Strong Workday experience and people analytics capability.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.

Responsibilities

• Provide workforce intelligence across planning, retention, recruitment, diversity and organisational effectiveness.
• Own workforce reporting and analytics, developing dashboards and actionable insights.
• Analyse trends, identify risks and present evidence-based recommendations to senior stakeholders.
