Qualifikationen

• 5+ years experience across broad-based employee reward, including remuneration reviews, benchmarking, job evaluation and stakeholder advisory.
• Strong relationship-building across the business and ability to deliver complex projects on time and with confidence.
• Experience with HRIS implementations or reward transformation projects is advantageous.

• Support reward advisory, projects and operations within a high-performing ICT team.
• Partner with business leaders on reward advisory and incentives frameworks.
• Contribute to the refresh of key frameworks including job architecture and enterprise-wide remuneration programs.
• Deliver performance and remuneration initiatives across the organisation.
