Job summary

FleetPartners is seeking a Reward & Workforce Analytics Manager to join our People & Culture team on a 6-month initial contract in Sydney. You will shape remuneration strategy, deliver workforce analytics and provide data-driven insights to leaders and the Board.

You'll drive the annual remuneration review, develop dashboards, and partner with Finance and business leaders to inform planning and organisational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering remuneration projects within ASX organisations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data; Excel proficiency essential.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to influence decisions.
• Understanding of equity and employee share schemes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the annual remuneration review process, including salary recommendations and benchmarking.
• Develop and enhance workforce analytics, reporting and dashboards, transforming people data into meaningful business insights.
• Partner with People & Culture, Finance and business leaders to provide data-driven recommendations for workforce planning.
• Drive the implementation and embedding of FleetPartners' job architecture and remuneration frameworks.
• Support governance and reporting activities, including WGEA submissions and remuneration-related compliance.
