Talent Focus Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Team Leader to oversee a 3-person permanent recruitment team and drive growth for the division. This hybrid player-coach role blends leadership with your own billing responsibilities while expanding the headcount and revenue through strategic client engagement.

You will lead from the front, mentor peers, and leverage the firm’s strong network to secure new partnerships and PSAs, while maintaining a high-performance culture and ethical standards.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4–5+ years of 360 agency recruitment experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or Manufacturing.
• Proven track record of meeting personal billing targets.
• Experience mentoring junior recruitment consultants.
• Strong commercial acumen and client development skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 3 permanent recruitment consultants.
• Develop and execute a clear growth strategy for the permanent division.
• Hands-on end-to-end permanent recruitment for senior supply chain, procurement, and logistics roles.
• Develop client partnerships and PSAs leveraging the database.
• Represent the Talent Focus brand with honesty, ethics, and collaboration.
