Job summary

Corpshore Australia in Perth is seeking a dynamic recruitment leader to head a small team of consultants. You will own placement targets, drive client satisfaction, and coach on sourcing strategy and account management.

You split your time between coaching and hands-on candidate searches, handling the firm's most senior or challenging assignments while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Four or more years' recruitment experience, including lead/mentoring or team management.
• Track record of full-cycle placements at a senior or specialist level.
• Experience mentoring other consultants and strong client relationship skills.
• Excellent English communication for client reports.

Responsibilities

• Set and own placement targets and client satisfaction scores for the accounts your team serves.
• Run weekly pipeline reviews with each consultant and coach sourcing strategy.
• Personally run the team's most senior or hardest-to-fill searches.
• Manage escalation when a client account is under-served; balance workload during peak periods.
• Report placement numbers and time-to-fill metrics to the ANZ desk lead.
• Contribute to client quarterly business reviews alongside account management.
