Job summary

Ticketek Entertainment Group (TEG) is seeking an experienced in-house recruiter to lead the candidate experience and partner with HRBPs to drive our talent strategy. You will own end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of vacancies, shaping role definitions, criteria and timelines, while delivering proactive sourcing and market intelligence.

A focus on diversity, inclusion and data-led decision making is essential.

Qualifications

• Approximately five years of in-house and/or agency recruitment experience, across multiple functions and seniority.
• Strong communication and service orientation.
• Credibility with senior stakeholders and ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Proficient sourcing including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with data and reporting in an ATS.
• Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in hiring.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience hiring across APAC or in live entertainment, ticketing, media or agency environments is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of vacancies, from role scoping and job ad production through to offer negotiation and onboarding handover.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define role overviews, criteria, and timelines.
• Execute proactive sourcing strategies to reduce agency spend.
• Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking to inform offers.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in our ATS and report on key metrics.
• Contribute to employer branding and internal mobility initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes and manager enablement resources.
