People First Bank is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to steer our recruitment function and align talent strategies with business objectives. You will partner with senior leaders to attract, onboard and develop exceptional talent while driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

You will lead a high-performing TA team, leverage analytics to inform decisions, strengthen employer branding and ensure a compliant, candidate-centric recruitment experience.

Competenze

• Proven experience leading and developing Talent Acquisition teams.
• Significant Talent Acquisition experience within a professional services, financial services or other highly regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, reporting, talent analytics and process improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
