Reporting to the Managing Director and sitting on the Executive Leadership Team, you'll lead and develop our Associate Directors and Lead Consultants, lifting capability across the desk to deliver outstanding service to clients and candidates.

Formación

• Leadership of recruitment teams and coaching of senior consultants.
• Delivery of high-quality agency recruitment across contracts and permanents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach Associate Directors and Leads, ensuring desk performance and activity.
• Embed Titan's recruitment methodology and weekly disciplines.
• Develop consultants via interview reviews and onboarding.
• Oversee contractor care journey, spotting risks and extensions early.
• Shape business direction as an ELT member.
