Job summary

Toyota Finance Australia in NSW seeks a Project Coordinator to provide governance, financial management and administrative support for business and technology initiatives. You will work with Domain Owners, Project Leaders and stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence and compliant reporting.

The role requires strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira/Confluence experience, plus a degree in Business/Finance or related field and knowledge of PM methodologies such as Agile, SAFe, PMI/PMBOK or PRINCE2.

Qualifications

Experience as Project Coordinator, PMO, Domain Coordinator or similar role.
Understanding of project delivery methodologies including Agile, SAFe, PMI, PMBOK, or PRINCE2.
Strong financial administration, budgeting, and reporting capabilities.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
Degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities
