Job summary

Toyota Finance Australia is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to deliver governance, financial management, and administrative support for business and technology initiatives. You’ll partner with Domain Owners, Project Leaders and key stakeholders to drive delivery excellence in a hybrid work environment.

The role emphasizes budgeting, reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement, with exposure to Jira/Confluence and MS Office, and a degree in business or finance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO, Domain Coordinator, or similar role.
• Understanding of project delivery methodologies including Agile, SAFe, PMI, PMBOK, or PRINCE2.
• Strong financial administration, budgeting, and reporting capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.

• Coordinate domain financial management, reporting, and governance activities.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, meetings, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain RAIDD registers and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.

About the role

About you
