Job summary

Toyota Finance Australia is seeking a Project Coordinator/PMO professional to deliver governance, financial management, and administrative support for business and technology initiatives. You will collaborate with Domain Owners, Project Leaders, and stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence in a flexible hybrid work environment.

Key requirements include experience in PMO/Domain coordination, familiarity with Agile/SAFe/PMI/PMBOK/PRINCE2, strong financial reporting, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO, Domain Coordinator, or similar role.
• Understanding of project delivery methodologies including Agile, SAFe, PMI, PMBOK, or PRINCE2.
• Strong financial administration, budgeting, and reporting capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.

About the role

You will provide coordination, governance, financial management, and administrative support to ensure the successful delivery of business and technology initiatives. About you

• Demonstrated experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO, Domain Coordinator, or similar role.

• Degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
