Job summary

Toyota Finance Australia is seeking a Project Coordinator/PMO professional to deliver governance, financial management, and administrative support for business and technology initiatives. You will collaborate with Domain Owners, Project Leaders, and stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence in a flexible hybrid work environment.

Key requirements include experience in PMO/Domain coordination, familiarity with Agile/SAFe/PMI/PMBOK/PRINCE2, strong financial reporting, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO, Domain Coordinator, or similar role.
• Understanding of project delivery methodologies including Agile, SAFe, PMI, PMBOK, or PRINCE2.
• Strong financial administration, budgeting, and reporting capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination, governance, financial management, and administrative support for business and technology initiatives.
• Coordinate domain financial management, reporting, and governance activities.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, meetings, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain RAIDD registers and ensure governance framework compliance.
• Support resource planning, onboarding, and delivery tracking; drive continuous improvement.
