Barbell Foods, supported by HAYS Canberra, is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Coordinator in Canberra. This role offers 15 hours per week across mornings, with a training month in the office before moving to a hybrid setup combining office and home work.

You will own the day-to-day customer experience across multiple channels, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and support resources.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service, administration, support, or customer-facing coordination roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence handling inbound phone enquiries.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

• Managing customer enquiries via email, phone, social media, reviews, and live chat.
• Coordinating urgent order changes, cancellations, and customer requests.
• Resolving customer concerns with a solutions-focused approach.
• Communicating proactively regarding shipping delays, backorders, and subscriptions.
• Escalating product quality concerns and coordinating internal follow-up.
• Maintaining help centre content, response templates, and support resources.
• Monitoring customer feedback and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Assisting with reporting on customer activity, response times, and service trends.
• Ensuring all interactions meet service standards and quality expectations.
