Centorrino Technologies Pty Ltd. in Coburg, VIC is seeking a part-time Consulting Support Coordinator to help consultants stay organized, manage project administration, and deliver high-quality client deliverables.

You’ll work closely with senior staff to support the consulting lifecycle. The role is 3 days a week, 5 hours per day, with hybrid arrangements and opportunities to grow skills in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal development by researching prospective customers and maintaining consultant profiles.
• Coordinate project mobilisation and schedule meetings, set up workspaces and materials.
• Provide day-to-day project administration, including calendars, timesheets and budgets tracking.
• Assist with project reporting, data collation and formatting of customer deliverables.
• Support project closure activities and update consultant profiles and case studies.
• Maintain consulting templates, procedures and marketing collateral for consistent workflows.
• Assist with team activities and identify process improvements to grow the practice.
