Job summary

RACV Limited in Ballarat is seeking a friendly, customer-focused phone-based specialist for a permanent part-time role. The position features a fixed 1.30pm–6.30pm roster, Monday to Friday, with hybrid work arrangements and a structured training program to build skills in customer service, sales and product knowledge.

You will engage with members daily, delivering personalised conversations and ensuring a seamless customer experience across channels.
