Barbell Foods in Canberra is recruiting a Part-Time Customer Service Coordinator to manage the day-to-day customer experience across channels. The role offers 15 hours per week with initial in-office training in Canberra, then a hybrid schedule with three mornings in the office and two days at home.

You will respond to enquiries, resolve issues, identify trends and help improve support processes while working with the Marketing Manager and internal teams.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service, administration, support, or customer-facing coordination roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence handling inbound phone enquiries.

• Respond to enquiries across email, phone, social media, reviews and live chat.
• Coordinate urgent order changes, cancellations and customer requests.
• Resolve customer concerns with a solutions-focused approach.
• Communicate shipping delays, backorders and subscriptions proactively.
• Escalate product quality concerns and coordinate follow-up.
• Maintain help centre content, templates and resources.
• Monitor customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist with reporting on customer activity and service trends.
• Ensure interactions meet service standards and quality expectations.
