Job summary

E-Bisglobal Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced Account Manager to own and grow a defined portfolio of corporate and government clients across NSW (and some VIC). This hybrid role combines relationship management with proactive business development, expanding the client base and cross-selling a diverse range of print management, promotional merchandise and related services.

Qualifications

Proven experience in account management or business development within Print and Promotional Merchandise.
Strong relationship-building and client servicing skills.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow an established portfolio of corporate and government clients.
Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts with additional products/services.
Develop new business opportunities and expand the territory.
Collaborate with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Handle enquiries, quotations, proposals and ongoing projects.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting in the CRM.
