Job summary

BMF Advertising is looking for an Account Manager based in Pyrmont to join on a 6 month fixed-term contract. The role demands energy, strong organisation and outstanding communication to support the production team and strategic development across campaigns.

You will build trusted relationships with clients, manage budgets, and ensure timely, accurate documentation and reporting while delivering great ideas and effective marketing programs.

Qualifications

• History of strong client relationships
• Proven ability to deliver great creative ideas
• Good understanding of marketing strategy
• Strong understanding of media plans and production specs
• Deep understanding of all communication channels
• Clear and articulate communications, with strong presentation skills
• Flawless attention to detail and a strong drive for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support the production team to ensure best-practice execution
• Support and inspire the strategic development process
• Have a considered/informed opinion throughout the entire marketing process
• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and how they may benefit BMF or your clients
• Know the various expertise across the group and know when to engage them
• Have a broad understanding of all communications channels
• Taking an active role in new business pitches as required
• Build and nurture exceptional relationships with your client stakeholders
• Ensure we deliver brilliant basics at all times – Contact Reports / WIP’s / budgets, / Agenda / Updates etc.
• Responsible for day-to-day financial management of your clients
• Ensure projects are estimated correctly and delivered within budget
• Ownership of the JCR process ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Weekly management of head hours – ensuring projects are profitable on completion
• Timesheets completed accurately and timely
• Act as quality controller for all work created
• Creation and maintenance of all project documentation
• Ensure that BMF and our clients are not exposed to any legal issue within a campaign
