Job summary

Print Media Group, an Australian-owned printing business in Melbourne, seeks an experienced Account Manager to build strong relationships, identify opportunities and deliver exceptional service. You will manage and grow a portfolio of clients across healthcare and other industries, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored print solutions.

The right candidate is commercially minded, customer-focused, and capable of handling multiple projects while maintaining high service standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Account Management or business development in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial mindset with ability to identify and secure opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in print, healthcare or marketing services is highly regarded.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high levels of customer service.

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who thrives on building strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service.

The Role

As a key member of our Sales team, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of valued clients, across a range of industries, including healthcare ensuring they receive outstanding service and tailored solutions. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll oversee projects from concept to delivery, helping clients achieve their objectives while driving growth for the business.

You’ll be someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and creating positive outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships

• Developing new business opportunities and expanding PMG's customer base
• Providing clients with expert advice and tailored solutions

To be successful you will have:
