Job summary

JPS Recruitment Group is recruiting a Business Development Manager for a respected Sydney-based commercial print provider. You will drive new client acquisition and expand the company’s presence across the Sydney market, taking ownership of your territory and building strategic client relationships.

You will manage the full sales cycle, present tailored print solutions, and develop strategic account plans to maximise growth while maintaining an accurate CRM and pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B business development or sales.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Experience engaging decision-makers and managing long sales cycles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven approach.
• Commercial print industry experience is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Generating new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Building relationships with marketing managers, procurement teams and business owners.
• Presenting commercial print solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Managing the full sales process from initial contact through to close.
• Developing strategic account plans to maximise growth opportunities.
• Maintaining accurate pipeline and CRM activity.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
