Print Media Group, an Australian-owned printing business in Melbourne, seeks an experienced Account Manager to build strong relationships, identify opportunities and deliver exceptional service. You will manage and grow a portfolio of clients across healthcare and other industries, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored print solutions.

The right candidate is commercially minded, customer-focused, and capable of handling multiple projects while maintaining high service standards

Formación

• Proven experience in Account Management or business development in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial mindset with ability to identify and secure opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in print, healthcare or marketing services is highly regarded.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high levels of customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Manage a portfolio of existing accounts and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand Print Media Group's customer base.
• Provide clients with expert advice and tailored solutions.
• Manage projects from quotation through to production and delivery.
• Collaborate with production, estimating and customer service teams to ensure quality outcomes.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless client experience.
• Monitor account performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
