Centorrino Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking an Application Support Analyst in Australia to provide day-to-day support for internal business applications, troubleshoot issues, and guide users across SaaS platforms.

You'll collaborate with the Applications team to improve workflows, document processes, and help scale our trusted tools such as ConnectWise, HubSpot, BambooHR, and more, while balancing BAU with project work.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business applications, SaaS platforms or internal systems in a service desk or similar environment.
• Strong troubleshooting across application issues, user access, data and workflow errors.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to a diverse app portfolio.
• Experience with platforms such as ConnectWise, HubSpot, BambooHR and related tools is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and a focus on reliable, well-documented processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for CT's internal business applications and troubleshoot user issues.
• Investigate errors, access issues, workflow problems and basic integrations; escalate when needed.
• Support and administer a varied portfolio of SaaS apps, including listed tools.
• Assist with system configuration, user administration and housekeeping.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve usability and reduce recurring issues.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to system improvement projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical updates.
• Balance BAU activities with improvement initiatives and shifting priorities.
• Assist the Head of Digital and Platforms with prioritising support activities.
