Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Applications Analyst role.
• Proficiency with Workday, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Application Support & Maintenance: provide technical support, resolve issues, perform maintenance, ensure backups and security.
• Upgrades & Deployments: manage deployments, upgrades, and test new software or systems.
• System Integration: maintain integrations, monitor data flows, support month-end processes.
• Business Analysis & Improvement: analyse workflows, define outputs, prepare cost-benefit analyses for new projects.
• Training & Engagement: deliver end-user training and assist with hardware/software rollout.
