Qualifications

Typical require a tertiary qualification in an IT discipline.
Strong Apollo CRM and Cyclops support background.
Background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and bespoke/custom application support (preferred).
Solid understanding of incidents, problem, and change management processes (ITIL framework preferred).
Proficiency in creating and maintaining knowledge documentation and SOPs.
Experience in release management activities in enterprise environments.
Ability to troubleshoot applications, data, and integration issues effectively.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
