Your role covers incident resolution, configurations, and continuous improvement across the organisation, with opportunities to assist testing, change implementation and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience providing Level 2 and Level 3 support for enterprise business applications.
• Exposure to both on-prem and cloud-based applications.
• Administration and support with Jira Cloud, Jira Data Centre and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve application incidents, service requests and system issues.
• Perform application configuration and administration activities.
