Aon Risk Services Australia Limited is seeking a proactive Service Specialist to join our National client support team in a hybrid role with work-from-home flexibility and office presence in Sydney.

You will support Account Brokers in handling client insurance needs and engage with clients across calls, emails, and meetings to ensure accurate renewals, policy processing, quotes, endorsements, and certificates.

Formación

• Proactive, customer-focused approach to service delivery.
• Strong administration and client servicing skills.
• Experience in an insurance/broking environment is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administration support to Account Brokers for client insurance needs.
• Engage with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to support insurance requirements.
• Assist with pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including drafts, certificates, and renewal reports.
• Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies accurately and timely.
• Attend client meetings and contribute to tenders, renewals, claims and other broking duties.
• Maintain key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives and Client Managers.
• Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service.
