Job summary

Aon Risk Services Australia Limited is seeking a Broker Support – Insurance professional to assist Account Brokers with client insurance needs. You will communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person to ensure accurate policy handling and timely renewals.

You will prepare quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, and invoices while coordinating with senior colleagues and underwriters to deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration support to Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs.
• Engage with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to support insurance requirements.
• Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies accurately and on time.
• Attend client meetings and assist with renewals, tenders, and claims as needed.
• Maintain relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives and Managers.
