Job summary

Aon’s Client Services team in Sydney CBD is seeking a Service Executive to support the development of our innovative service model. This hybrid role collaborates with Client Managers, Client Executives and Account Executives across sectors to deliver superior client service.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial Insurance sector as broker or similar.
• Comparable client account management or broking experience.
• Commitment to exceptional client service.
• Exceptional relationship and communication skills.
• Desire to develop skills and knowledge through ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client account portfolio management.
• Work directly alongside Client Managers.
• Directly manage client queries and be a subject matter expert for portfolio needs.
• Attend client meetings and manage relationships with Insurers.
• Assist with tender responses, policy wordings, renewals, claims histories, endorsements, and reporting.
• Manage quote slips and placing slips.
• Manage invoicing and complex premium calculations.
• Provide leadership to Service Specialists.
