ForHealth Group in Sydney’s Leichhardt area is seeking a proactive P&C Shared Services & Talent Coordinator to join our Centre of Excellence. You will support the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to HR administration, ensuring accurate data and compliant processes in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Centre of Excellence, you will collaborate with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition Partners, Payroll and the broader People & Culture team to deliver a

• 1-3 years' experience in HR administration, shared services, and/or talent acquisition.

P&C Shared Services & Talent Coordinator

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised P&C Shared Services & Talent Coordinator to join our Centre of Excellence team in Leichhardt.

This unique role combines People & Culture Shared Services and Talent Acquisition coordination, providing exposure across the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to employee administration and HR support. You will play a critical role in delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality support in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Working closely with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition Partners, Payroll, and the broader People & Culture team, you will help ensure a seamless experience for candidates, employees, and leaders while maintaining compliance, process excellence, and data integrity.

About You

• 1-3 years' experience in HR administration, shared services, and/or talent acquisition
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels
• Proactive, customer-focused, and solutions-oriented approach
• Experience using HRIS, ServiceNow, Dayforce, or similar systems is advantageous

Key Responsibilities

Shared Services

• Manage employee lifecycle administration including contracts, employment changes, letters, and employee records
• Respond to employee and manager queries through ServiceNow and other channels
• Ensure compliance and consistency across all documentation and processes
• Support reporting, auditing, and process improvement initiatives
• Provide administrative support to the broader People & Culture function

Talent Acquisition

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities across various roles
• Schedule interviews and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation
• Source candidates through SEEK, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
• Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience
• Maintain recruitment data and support recruitment reporting and continuous improvement activities
