Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations or recruitment coordination.
• Retail or customer-focused environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating recruitment processes including candidate assessment, interviews, reference checks and employment offers.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Managing employee onboarding, induction coordination and associated HR documentation.
• Facilitating new starter inductions and communicating company policies, values and procedures.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and assisting with HR reporting.
