Job summary

Credit Corp is seeking an HR Operations Manager to own our shared services, driving automation, standardised processes and a superior employee lifecycle experience. Based in Sydney CBD with flexible hybrid work, you will lead a small HR Operations team, partner with stakeholders and champion data-driven improvements across onboarding to offboarding.

Experience in HR operations, HR shared services, and HR systems such as HiBob is highly regarded, with relevant HR qualifications or practical

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations/Shared Services and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
• Ability to lead or mentor a team and develop capability for high performance.
• Proven track record implementing process improvements to boost efficiency and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR Operations activities including onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
• Drive continuous improvement across People Operations processes with automation opportunities.
• Design and optimise scalable workflows to improve efficiency and the employee experience.
• Manage HR queries, identify recurring themes and improve resources and training.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts and privacy compliance.
• Lead and coach the HR Operations team to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
