Job summary

ForHealth is seeking a proactive P&C Shared Services & Talent Coordinator to join our Centre of Excellence in Leichhardt. You will handle HR shared services and recruitment coordination across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate records and compliant processes.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition Partners, Payroll, and the broader People & Culture team to deliver a seamless candidate and employee experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR administration, shared services or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and compliance.
• Organised with ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle administration including contracts, changes and records.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities and onboarding documentation.
• Support HR processes, reporting, and data integrity across the function.
