• Proven experience managing complex calendars and inboxes.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across teams.
• Experience arranging domestic and international travel.
• Familiarity with HR policy references and staff changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient administrative and secretarial support, managing complex diaries and inboxes.
• Prepare meeting packs and agendas, track actions and follow-ups.
• Organise events, offsites, and team-building activities; handle catering as needed.
• Advise on HR-related matters with reference to policies and staff changes.
• Maintain team org charts and accurate FTE reporting; support governance documentation.
