Job summary

Sedgman is seeking a capable Document Controller to join our team in a full-time, hybrid role across a diverse range of engineering and design projects. You will ensure documentation is accurate, controlled, and delivered to a high standard, supporting successful project delivery.

You will work with engineers and stakeholders to manage document workflows, revisions, and quality checks, while contributing to a collaborative, multicultural environment that values teamwork and shared success.

Qualifications

• Solid document control experience with revision control and workflows.
• Ability to build strong working relationships and support delivery.
• Experience with Aconex is highly regarded; TeamBinder is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end document control across multiple projects.
• Manage document workflows, revision control, and quality checks for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with engineers and stakeholders for timely distribution and tracking of documents.
• Support a team-first environment by assisting during busy periods.
