Job summary

Sedgman is seeking a capable Document Controller to join our team in a full-time, hybrid role across diverse engineering and design projects. You will ensure documentation is accurate, controlled, and delivered to a high standard to support successful delivery outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with engineers and stakeholders, manage document workflows, revision control, and quality checks, and contribute to a team-focused environment that values accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Solid document control experience with revision control and document workflows.
• Organised and proactive professional who builds strong working relationships and supports successful project delivery.
• Experience with Aconex is highly regarded; exposure to TeamBinder is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end document control support across multiple projects within a shared services team.
• Support project leads by managing document workflows, revision control, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Work closely with engineers and stakeholders to ensure timely distribution and tracking of project documentation.
• Contribute to a team-first environment by proactively assisting others during busy project periods.
