Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR/People & Culture or related area with DEI exposure.
• Experience supporting DEI, wellbeing or employee programs.
• Interest in developing DEI expertise and inclusive practices.
• Strong coordination, organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate DEI program of work aligned to strategy and timelines.
• Support DEI Committee agendas, papers, minutes and actions.
• Plan events and engage stakeholders across the organisation.
• Provide guidance on inclusive workplace practices and accessibility.
• Support policies, processes and employee lifecycle DEI embedding.
• Coordinate DEI communications and intranet content.
• Track DEI initiatives and assist with reporting and benchmarking.
• Support Learning & Development programs and accessibility in learning materials.
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed.
