Job summary

Act for Kids is seeking an Organisational Development Specialist to lead DEI initiatives within the People and Culture team. You’ll drive inclusion, facilitate the Leader Induction Program, and contribute to policies and projects that improve the experience of our people and leaders.

This hands-on, hybrid role requires a tertiary HR qualification and at least five years’ experience in DEI, learning and development, or organisational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years’ experience in DEI, learning and development, culture or organisational effectiveness.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary DEI principles and trauma-informed practices.
• Experience developing and facilitating people and culture training and policies.

Responsibilities

• Drive DEI initiatives and translate these into practical outcomes.
• Facilitate the Leader Induction Program and support learning and development.
• Contribute to People and Culture policies and resources.
• Collaborate on RAP planning and development and coordinate culture projects.
