Job summary

Tandem Partners in Melbourne is seeking a P&C Coordinator/Advisor focusing on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. You will join a close-knit People & Culture team and own coordination of DEI initiatives while supporting Learning & Development and wellbeing programs, reporting to the P&C Director.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience across HR, People & Culture, DEI or Learning & Development.
• Exposure to DEI initiatives, employee programs, learning or wellbeing.
• Interest in developing expertise within the DEI space.
• Strong organisational and coordination capabilities.
• Ability to work with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Immediately available.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the DEI program of work with timelines.
• Support the DEI Committee with agendas, papers and minutes.
• Plan and deliver DEI initiatives, events and engagement activities.
• Provide guidance on inclusive workplace practices.
• Track and report DEI outcomes and support external reporting.
• Support firm-wide Learning & Development programs.
• Promote accessibility in learning materials across programs.
• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors.
