Yarra Trams in Melbourne is seeking a passionate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Coordinator to help create a workplace where everyone belongs. Reporting to the Director, Aboriginal and Social Inclusion, you will drive initiatives that strengthen inclusion and accessibility across our organisation.

You will partner with leaders and employee networks, co-design DEI programs, monitor metrics, and support training that builds inclusive leadership and psychologically safe workplaces.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives within a complex organisation.
• Sound knowledge of diversity frameworks, inclusive practices and relevant legislation.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively to deliver meaningful change.
• Ability to use data and insights to drive continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Implement Yarra Trams' Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategy and action plans.
• Co-design, deliver and evaluate DEI programs, campaigns and initiatives.
• Work with leaders, employee networks and external stakeholders to embed inclusive practices.
• Monitor diversity metrics and support reporting requirements.
• Support training and capability-building for inclusive leadership and psychologically safe workplaces.
