Hearing Australia Port Macquarie is seeking a Customer Support Officer to provide friendly, client‑centred service and support to clients of diverse backgrounds. The role involves managing outbound service calls, handling inbound enquiries, and working with a computerised client database and appointment system.

You will perform a range of administration tasks, data entry and records management, and build strong relationships with the public.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with clients and the public.
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service in every interaction.
• Experience in sales, customer service or call centres is ideal but not essential.
• Experience in various office administration tasks and eagerness to learn more about the business complex aspects.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and take initiative in daily tasks.
• Confidence with computers and learning new programs/applications.

Responsabilidades

• Manage outbound service calls and handle inbound enquiries.
• Liaise with clients from diverse backgrounds, including elderly and multicultural groups.
• Work daily with a computerised client database and electronic appointment booking system.
