The Good Guys in Queensland, Australia is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to support store operations and deliver a sales-focused, positive customer experience across channels. You will contribute to profitable sales growth while delivering excellent service.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will handle cash, stock integrity, inquiries, and promotions, collaborating with the team to ensure a consistent customer journey and showcasing quality merchandising and knowledge

Responsabilidades

Deliver store administration in line with standard procedures.
Cash handling and tendering transactions.
Store multi-channel fulfilment and stock integrity.
Telephone management and enquiries.
Marketing and promotional activity.
Contribute to financial performance through inventory management and controllable expenses.
Manage all sales channel fulfilment in line with procedures.
Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a consistent store and channel experience.
Contribute to brand and store experience through merchandising, in-store marketing and presentation.
Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through online platforms and development opportunities.
