You will handle cash and transactions, assist customers, manage stock and promotions, and contribute to a positive team environment while continuously expanding product knowledge and sales skills.

• Cash handling and tendering transactions.
• Store multi-channel fulfilment and stock integrity.
• Telephone management and enquiries.
• Marketing and promotional activity.
• Contribute to financial performance through inventory management and controllable expenses.
• Manage all sales channel fulfilment in line with procedures.
• Work collaboratively to deliver a positive store and channel experience for the customer.
• Resolve customer complaints and queries as required.
• Contribute to brand and store presentation through merchandising and in-store activities.
• Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through available platforms.
