Job summary

The Good Guys in Queensland seeks a Customer Service Team Member to support store operations and deliver a sales-focused customer experience across in-store and online channels.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will handle cash and transactions, stock integrity, enquiries, promotions, and collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and drive profitable sales while upholding high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective store administration in line with standard procedures.
• Cash handling and tendering transactions.
• Store multi-channel fulfilment and stock integrity.
• Telephone management and enquiries.
• Marketing and promotional activity.
• Contribute to financial performance through inventory management and controllable expenses.
• Manage all sales channel fulfilment in line with procedures.
• Team-based delivery of a positive store and channel experience for customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and queries.
• Contribute to brand and store presentation through merchandising.
