Job summary

The Good Guys is seeking a customer-focused team member to support a sales-driven store environment. You will help deliver exceptional in-store service and multi-channel fulfillment while upholding brand standards and providing a positive customer experience.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will handle cash and enquiries, assist with promotions, maintain stock integrity, and participate in ongoing training and development to grow your skills and support flexible, hybrid working

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective store administration in line with standard procedures.
• Cash handling and tendering transactions.
• Store multi-channel fulfilment and stock integrity.
• Telephone management and enquiries.
• Marketing and promotional activity.
• Contribute to financial performance through inventory management and controllable expenses.
• Manage all sales channel fulfilment in line with procedures.
• Work collaboratively to deliver a consistent store and channel experience for customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and queries.
• Contribute to brand presentation through merchandising and in-store marketing.
• Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through available online platforms and development opportunities.
